The Mitsubishi Heavy Industries FDTC35VH1 compact four-way ceiling cassette provides discreet room comfort in a professionally designed multi split system. Its ceiling-mounted format suits offices, shops and living spaces where wall space is valuable. A 5-year parts and labour warranty applies subject to manufacturer terms and correct installation.
What is included
FDTC35VH1 indoor unit plus TC-PSAGE-5AW-E grid fascia panel. The price is for this indoor set, including GST. The outdoor unit, controller, installation and optional accessories are not included. This indoor unit cannot operate on its own.

Capacity above follows the multi split indoor-unit schedule. Noise and airflow are the manufacturer's published indoor-unit reference values; installed performance varies with the selected outdoor unit, combination and operating conditions. Single split system capacities, electrical consumption, efficiency, refrigerant charge and piping limits must not be applied to an SCM multi split combination. Your installer must use the selected SCM system's technical data.
Comfort and maintenance
Four-way airflow, individual louvre adjustment and draught control help direct air around the room. Series functions include automatic operation, automatic fan speed, vertical swing, dry mode, high-power boost, silent operation, filter-cleaning indication and self-diagnostics. A built-in drain pump supports condensate removal. Outside-air provision requires separately installed ducting. Timer, economy and advanced functions depend on the controller and system configuration.
Controller and panel options
- RC-EXZ3A: optional wired touch controller. Supports weekly scheduling, high-power and silent operation, louvre control, peak-cut timing and temperature auto-return where supported. Function-switch operation requires no other central controller.
- RCN-TC-5AW-E3: optional wireless controller/receiver kit listed in the current multi split accessories schedule. The series website also lists RCN-TC-5AW-E2; confirm receiver and fascia compatibility before selecting a kit.
- RCH-E3 / RC-E5: other wired options listed on the series website; confirm compatibility for the selected multi split installation. RCH-E3 does not support individual louvre or draught control and offers three fan speeds. RC-E5 supports weekly scheduling and individual louvre settings.
- LB-TC-5W-E: optional motion sensor. TC-PSAE-5AW-E honeycomb fascia is an alternative to the included grid panel, not an additional included panel.
- Wi-Fi/network control requires optional compatible interfaces; additional wiring or power supplies may be required. Wi-Fi is not built in.
Professional sizing, controller selection and installation are required. Confirm installation clearances, drain lift and compatible SCM combinations in the applicable installation manual.

Delivery & Returns
shipping cost for all items only can be delivered to an empty ground floor room, or main apartment building entrance, provided social distancing requirements are adhered to by all parties. Please note that standard delivery does NOT include climbing up stairs, steps, or decks that are more than one. This job may impose extra fees, and the amount depends on the number of stairs.
If our delivery team is in doubt, they are authorised to deliver to the safest and most secure location outside of the home that is out of the weather (e.g. garage).

Click and collect is now available from our store located at 1/18 Link Drive, Wairau Valley, Auckland. You could choose "pick up" at check out and we will send you an email notification once your order is ready to be collected. Please only come once you have received the notification. Please ensure you have a proper vehicle to load all your items prior to come to collect your purchase.
Inspection of goods
When accepting delivery or picking up the items, please ensure you inspect the unit carefully and make sure you are completely satisfied with the items (ie no damages, no dents etc) BEFORE you accept the delivery (ie, sign the doc, let the delivery driver go, or leave the collection point). Failing to do so may limit your right to claim such damages after you have accepted the goods.
Returns Service

In terms 7-day right of return and exchange policy, customers can return or exchange store-wide products within 7 days after purchasing. The products should be returned unused, in its original condition with packaging, accessories and not affected for re-sell. In terms over 7-days, returns will be charge 20% restocking fees. If a customer successfully exchanges products, the warranty will be coordinated with the exchanged ones.
