Installation Notes
Wiring Standard: Must be installed in accordance with New Zealand and Australian wiring rules AS/NZS 3000 by a licensed electrician. Proof of qualified electrical installation is required for warranty validation.
Optimal Placement: For maximum thermal efficiency, install centrally above the bathtub or shower area. The unit must be positioned at least 2.3 meters above the ground and no closer than 250mm to any adjacent walls.
Safety Isolation: The wall control switch should be positioned outside the splash zone or where it cannot be reached directly by someone inside the shower/bathtub to prevent accidental water contact.
Clearance Warning: Ensure no inflammable materials are present within 30cm around the ceiling cutout, and that the heat-resistant material air outlet aligns perfectly with the heating port.

Click and collect is now available from our store located at 1/18 Link Drive, Wairau Valley, Auckland. You could choose "pick up" at check out and we will send you an email notification once your order is ready to be collected. Please only come once you have received the notification. Please ensure you have a proper vehicle to load all your items prior to come to collect your purchase.
Inspection of goods
When accepting delivery or picking up the items, please ensure you inspect the unit carefully and make sure you are completely satisfied with the items (ie no damages, no dents etc) BEFORE you accept the delivery (ie, sign the doc, let the delivery driver go, or leave the collection point). Failing to do so may limit your right to claim such damages after you have accepted the goods.
Returns Service
Midea Online Shop 7-days Return and Exchange Policy
In terms 7-day right of return and exchange policy, customers can return or exchange store-wide products within 7 days after purchasing. The products should be returned unused, in its original condition with packaging, accessories and not affected for re-sell. In terms over 7-days, returns will be charge 20% restocking fees. This only applies for Midea Home Interior Centre and Midea North Shore Online Shop (www.mideahomes.co.nz) with the sole discretion of Midea Appliances
If a customer successfully exchanges products, the warranty will be coordinated with the exchanged ones.
